Consciousness Coaching

Throughout his life, Jerome has always been fascinated by self-inquiry. As a young adult, he discovered that when you embrace the moment the way it is there is no more suffering! In other words, when you welcome a thought, feeling, sensation or picture and allow it to dance freely (not under your control) there is no misery or sadness!

The key to lasting happiness is right here right now. Jerome invites you to explore the now, to check this moment! Why here and now? Because that’s all there is!

Jerome is a certified Sedona Method Coach, a powerful technique for achieving personal growth. He has also done extensive Rebirthing Breathwork. By using the breath in a specific way, we release layers of stored trauma.

Latin-Music Classes at the Conservatory of Luxembourg

I am very thrilled to present our new Latin-Music Section in the World Music Department at the conservatory of the city of Luxembourg.
Our goal is to serve the music community of Luxembourg and neighboring countries with authentic popular and folkloric sounds, rhythms and dances from the caribbean island’s, latin and south America.
Our teachers (Alberto Caicedo, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, Emmanuel Baudry & Jerome Goldschmidt) are of the highest quality and bring an authentic feel to our classes!
We offer folkloric ritual music as well as popular band ensembles classes.
For more info about the different classes or if you want to join the latin-music section, send us a message and we will get back to you asap!
All instruments are welcomed!

Free Sedona Method Support Group

In my experience, what we are is already whole & complete right now. There is nothing we need to do in order to be what we already are but most of us don’t feel that way 😔 and look for the answer outside where it isn’t.                                               This support group is about reconnecting with our heart, with our inner-knowingness and living the life we all want to live.😊😀🎉\

Remember that releasing is an experiental process and not a thinking process. In my experience you get the most out of releasing the more you allow yourself to hear, feel and see it working rather than by thinking about how and why it works. So allow yourself to lead as best you can with your heart rather than your head.

Come join me this saturday january 4th at 11am. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

If you plan to attend the support group, fill out the contact form below and mention in the message box “support group january 4th”. Thank you very much.

For your freedom and well-being,
Jerome Goldschmidt
